Returning an unwanted item?
At AMAMI, we understand sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use.
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to return an item to us for a refund. if you refund an item outside of this timeframe but you can't return it to us for some reason within the same period due to extenuating circumstances. please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.
Original Condition
Hygiene and our customers' safety is super important. so certain items can't be returned for refunds including:

Makeup or dirt marks: Any visible stains or smudges from makeup, dirt, or other substances.

Perfume or deodorant scent/marks: Items with a noticeable scent of perfume or deodorant, or marks left by these products from trying on the item.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if these return procedures have not been followed. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.

Please note that all disputes must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
